Customer Onboarding & Terms and Conditions

Version 2.1

E2U DELIVERY Customer Onboarding & Terms and Conditions Updated: October 17, 2026 | Agreement version: 2.1 This document combines the customer onboarding guide and the customer agreement. Read the terms before accepting them in the E2U Delivery website or app. What changed in version 2.1: you must be 18 or older to use E2U Delivery; there is no minimum order; the charges and the card hold are described as they work today; what happens when an order comes to more than the hold; and tipping, including tipping after delivery. PART I | CUSTOMER ONBOARDING 1. Create and protect your account You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and place orders. Register with accurate contact and delivery information, select your preferred available language, and complete any required account or payment verification. Keep your password and verification codes private. Use only an account and payment method you are authorized to use. 2. Select a store and prepare your cart Enter your delivery address to view eligible stores. Select products, quantities and preferences, then check the grocery subtotal and availability. There is no minimum order; smaller baskets carry a delivery charge, which is shown before you pay. Product availability and service-area eligibility may change before an order is confirmed. 3. Review checkout before payment Before you authorize payment, checkout shows every charge that applies to your order: the grocery subtotal, the service fee, any delivery charge, any Shopping & Handling charge, any distance charge, bags, any large-basket, heavy-item or preparation charge, any optional photo check or Priority Delivery you choose, applicable taxes, any tip and the total. The current amounts, and when each one applies, are published at e2udelivery.com/fees. The charges shown at checkout govern your order, subject to the changes you approve and applicable law. 4. Shopping, substitutions and payment When you place an order, your card is authorized (held), not charged, for a little more than the estimated total, because items sold by weight can come out heavier or lighter and an item may need replacing. Your shopper may contact you about unavailable items, substitutions, quantity changes or price changes. Respond through the app. Additional charges or materially different substitutions require the approval process presented in the app. When your order is complete, your card is charged the final amount, never more than the hold. If the final total comes to more than the hold, the difference is shown on your account; you pay it yourself with a card you choose, and you cannot place a new order until it is paid. 5. Tips Tips are optional. You can add a tip at checkout, or on your order page for up to 3 days after delivery. A tip added after delivery is charged separately from your order. Your shopper receives 100% of every tip. 6. Delivery and order support Provide accurate delivery instructions, keep your contact information current, and use in-app messaging for order-related communications. Follow any available delivery confirmation process. Report missing, damaged, incorrect or unsafe items promptly using the support option in the app. Do not confront or threaten a shopper or store employee over an order problem. PART II | CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS By selecting the required acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Customer Terms and Conditions for your use of E2U Delivery. The Privacy Notice and any separately presented, applicable order, cancellation and refund policies remain available through the app. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. 1. Eligibility, account accuracy and authorized access You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide truthful registration, identity, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. Do not create deceptive accounts, impersonate another person, use another person's credentials without authorization, circumvent account restrictions, or share verification codes with unauthorized parties. Notify E2U promptly if your account or payment method may have been compromised. 2. Payment authorization and prohibited payment conduct You may use only payment methods you are authorized to use. By confirming an order, you authorize the payment process and amounts disclosed at checkout, including approved adjustments, and, where the final total comes to more than the hold, payment of the remaining balance as described in Part I, section 4. Do not use stolen cards, unauthorized accounts, falsified payment information, fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated non-delivery claims, or false statements to obtain groceries, credits or refunds. You may dispute a genuine billing error or exercise lawful chargeback and consumer-protection rights; making a good-faith complaint is not prohibited. 3. Order accuracy, substitutions and honest dispute reporting Provide accurate item requests, delivery details and relevant instructions. Do not knowingly submit fabricated missing-item reports, altered photos or receipts, false claims of damage, duplicate refund requests for the same loss, or false accusations against shoppers or store personnel. E2U may request relevant information to review a dispute, subject to applicable law. Report genuine problems accurately; honest mistakes and good-faith reports are not misconduct. 4. Respectful conduct and prohibited harassment Treat shoppers, store employees, customer-support personnel and other users respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited, whether in person, by telephone, video, chat, text or through another channel connected with an E2U order: Sexual harassment, sexual comments or propositions directed at an unwilling person; requests for sexual favors; sexual coercion; unwanted touching; exposure; sending unsolicited sexual images or messages; or recording or sharing intimate content without lawful consent. Harassment, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, bullying, threats, coercion, blackmail, or attempts to contact a shopper outside the app after the shopper has declined. Discrimination, hateful slurs or abusive conduct based on protected characteristics, including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or other status protected by applicable law. Physical assault, attempted assault, sexual assault, unlawful restraint, brandishing a weapon, threatening bodily harm, or encouraging others to commit violence. Retaliation against a person for reporting a safety concern, harassment, discrimination, suspected fraud or another good-faith concern. 5. Theft, property damage and unlawful requests Do not steal, conceal or unlawfully retain groceries, purchasing cards, personal belongings, devices or other property belonging to a shopper, store, E2U or another person. Do not damage property, enter a vehicle without permission, interfere with a shopper's vehicle or equipment, or ask a shopper to steal, bypass checkout, falsify a receipt, purchase prohibited items, break traffic laws or perform an unlawful or unsafe task. Do not use E2U to arrange unlawful transactions. 6. Delivery-location safety and personal boundaries Provide a lawful, reasonably accessible delivery location and accurate instructions. Keep animals secured when needed for safe delivery, and do not expose shoppers to known hazards without appropriate warning. Do not demand entry into a private residence, personal errands, transportation of people, or off-platform meetings as a condition of completing an order. Do not pressure shoppers to disclose private phone numbers, home addresses or other personal information. A shopper may withdraw from an unsafe interaction and report the incident. 7. Privacy, recordings and platform misuse Use customer-shopper communications only for legitimate order-related purposes. Do not publish another person's personal information, secretly record where unlawful, distribute order photos containing private information, attempt unauthorized access to E2U systems, scrape accounts, send malicious links, spam users, manipulate ratings or interfere with platform operations. Personal data is handled under the applicable Privacy Notice. 8. Order acceptance, availability and changes Submitting a cart does not guarantee fulfillment. An order is accepted when E2U confirms it. Store inventory, service area, delivery capacity and safety conditions may affect availability. Substitutions, cancellations, refunds and price adjustments follow the process and applicable policies displayed in the app and applicable law. E2U will not treat an unapproved substitution as customer-approved merely because the shopper selected it. 9. Safety incidents and reporting If you face immediate danger or witness a crime, move to safety and contact emergency services. Report suspected fraud, theft, harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, assault, unsafe conduct or privacy violations using the in-app support or safety-reporting channel. Include the order number, relevant times and a factual description; preserve available messages, receipts or photos without putting yourself or others at risk. E2U may restrict communication, review account activity, preserve relevant records in accordance with law and policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. E2U cannot guarantee the outcome of a third-party investigation. 10. Account review, suspension and termination E2U may review suspected violations and, where permitted by applicable law and its policies, limit order placement, restrict messaging, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an unfulfilled order, or take proportionate steps to protect users and the platform. Serious threats, assault, sexual misconduct, theft, payment fraud and repeated harassment may result in immediate protective action. E2U may refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities when warranted. These measures do not remove lawful refund, payment-dispute, privacy or other nonwaivable rights. Good-faith complaints will not be treated as violations merely because they are unsubstantiated. 11. Responsibility for conduct and applicable rights You are responsible for your own unlawful or wrongful conduct to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing here automatically makes a customer liable for every alleged loss, authorizes E2U to impose an undisclosed penalty, or waives legal protections. Any claim, reimbursement request or remedy is subject to applicable law and the relevant facts. 12. Updates, support and governing disclosures Material changes to these terms will be presented to you for acceptance before your next order. Contact E2U using the verified support channel displayed in the app or website. The current Privacy Notice and applicable refund, cancellation and payment disclosures are available before acceptance and at relevant stages of ordering. PART III | REQUIRED CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE I am 18 years of age or older. I have read and agree to the E2U Delivery Customer Onboarding & Terms and Conditions, version 2.1, updated October 17, 2026.
